"...all I want is to rock you soul" - Sarah Trestrail, my beautiful Jivamukti teacher, has been playing this track in savasana the past week. It really moved me tonight and I know that sounds corny but I was thinking about the class, the yogis beside me and the fact that we all made the effort to come to class on another rainy Sydney night to practice together. The lively chatter before and after the class reminds me how much I love the Jivamukti community in Sydney.

Isn't it great the energy that you get from going to yoga and mixing with yogis - I do love it !
So if I happened to be in Sydney next March would you take me to Jivamukti Yoga? :D

Me, there's something to be said about having a disciplined home practice but to be able to go to a class and share the experience, pure magic.
Rachel, you are so on!! You guys would be so welcome to stay with us too but if you want your own space, totally understand as well. Keep me posted closer to the date about dates etc.
