Moving in February

February feels fantastically good and back on track. I love starting the day with a run and/or yoga because it sets the tone for my day. It's also important for me to throw in some free days.

Tue 2 - 90 min dancing warrior yoga
Wed 3 - (raining) 20 min hooping
Thu 4 - 90 min dancing warrior yoga
Fri 5 - (raining) free day
Sat 6 - 5 km run (Wk 1)
Sun 7 - 75 min jivamukti/samadhi yoga + 20 min hooping
Mon 8 - 5 km run (Wk 2) + 45 min yoga shakti DVD
Tue 9 - 90 min dancing warrior yoga
** back to college in evenings
Wed 10 - 5 km run (Wk 2) + 45 min yoga shakti DVD
Thu 11 - 90 min dancing warrior yoga
Fri 12 - free day
Sat 13 - 5 km run (Wk 2) + 8 hr jivamukti yoga workshop (6 hr asana)
Sun 14 - 8 hr jivamukti yoga workshop (4 hours asana)
Mon 15 - 2 hr jivamukti yoga workshop
Tue 16 - 2 hr jivamukti yoga workshop
Wed 17 - rest day
Thu 18 - 5 km run (Wk3)
Fri 19 - 5 km run (Wk 3) + jivamukti yoga retreat
Sat 20 - jivamukti yoga retreat
Sun 21 - jivamukti yoga retreat
Mon 22 - 5 km run (Wk 3)
Tue 23 - 90 min dancing warrior yoga
Wed 24 - 5 km run (Wk 3)
Thu 25 - 90 min dancing warrior yoga
Fri 26 - free day
Sat 27 - 5 km run (Wk 3)
Sun 28 - 75 min jivamukti/samadhi yoga

wow- so busy!! I have been hearing about "dancing warrior yoga" but i'm not so sure what it is, exactly. is it a flowy type through warrior sequences?

Whoops, I should go through and link everything to explain. Dancing Warrior Yoga is a yoga studio I attend in Sydney (Australia). I make these lists so I can go back and see patterns and work out what works best for me. I'll update the post with links. Sorry about that! Cheers to the f-bomb chooka LOL x
