February feels fantastically good and back on track. I love starting the day with a run and/or yoga because it sets the tone for my day. It's also important for me to throw in some free days.

wow- so busy!! I have been hearing about "dancing warrior yoga" but i'm not so sure what it is, exactly. is it a flowy type through warrior sequences?

Whoops, I should go through and link everything to explain. Dancing Warrior Yoga is a yoga studio I attend in Sydney (Australia).
