So how do I do this? By simplifying. Culling all the things that cause me to lose focus on what's really important. When I have so many things on my mind, it's hard to concentrate on any one thing and then another day gets lost to the "should, woulda, coulda" land. College starts again next week and February is going to be Jivamukti yoga month for me because the founders of Jivamukti Yoga are coming to Sydney! Just writing "Jivamukti yoga month" ignites a spark. Maybe it's not all lost in the haze after all. I just need to sit down and spend a little more time planning so I can focus. One thing at a time, or multiple if they lend themselves to synergy.

Oh hon, I totally get this. I too do far far too much and then just crash and burn.
I've had so many messages from the universe recently to slow the hell down. And I'm finally listening!
Take care of yourself :) x
I get this too. Totally stuck in routine, and need to find my passions and myself again.
Know the feeling only too well. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Without it, nothing is much fun :)
Totally hear you on this darling. I too try to concentrate on things that ignite a spark, that make me feel excited....and just try to deal with all the other stuff as quickly as possible so there's more time to enjoy myself :) The older I get the less I worry about culling stuff that doesn't work for me. It helps to be surrounded by people who are on a strong, happy path. And an honest one too.
And try some yoga nidra as well, if you can. I did it the other night and WHOA! :D Lots of love xoxox
Rachel, I'm finally listening too and it feels good!
Kathryn, I'm probably shaving off too many hours so should definitely look at my sleep again.
Oooh, yoga nidra Phil, yummy. I like to run and do yoga in the morning though so I'm usually up for a more dynamic practice but it would definitely help to do something more relaxing in the evening.
So I'm yet again behind and cathing up on posts. How are you feeling since writing this? Has the cull helped? Hope so!! xx
Hey yublocka hon, welcome! The culling has done wonders and now I feel on top of things again and refreshed. I also stopped doing things I thought I *should* be doing. I also realised the haze comes from pretending things aren't there that need doing too. Once done, they're gone *poof*.
