I'm currently in the middle of my studies to become a qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. I really can't wait to start helping people get their health back on track via diet and exercise but unfortunately keeping a blog is proving too much to manage right now because I need to focus. I've come a long way on my own journey with weight loss and have so many people to thank, including all my fellow bloggers. I only hope I've inspired as much as most of you have me.
