Exercise Plan*

I need to go back to documenting my exercise weekly for a while, for the motivation. Now that the holiday season is over and my eating is where I want it to be, I need to get back into a routine with my yoga and general fitness as well.

SAT 27 75 min samadhi yoga (AM) DONE
SUN 28 75 min samadhi yoga (AM) DONE
MON 29 30 min yoga (AM), 60 min walk (PM) DONE
TUE 30 30 min walk (AM) DONE
WED 31 30 min walk (AM), 75 min samadhi yoga (PM) DONE
THU 1 30 min walk (AM) DONE
FRI 2 rest day

* subject to change depending on circumstance and what I feel like doing
