I'm finding it really hard to keep up with blogging now that I am back at work so I will do a big review once I finish the detox. I'll still post what I ate for the next couple of days but without the commentary.
A huge thanks for all the support and emails as well. It's been really hard to reply to all the conments and if I haven't, it might be because you'll find the answers to your questions in previous posts and/or I'll address everything in the Detox Aftermath post at the end of the week.
Pre- Breakfast - squeeze of lemon in glass of hot water & a organic carrot, apple and ginger juice
Breakfast - seasonal fruit ie. strawberries, pineapple, nashi pear, rockmelon
Snack - nuts
Lunch - sweet potato cakes with side salad
Snack - red apple
Dinner - portobello mushroom with roast tomato, broccoli & aioli. ** delish!!
Additional - 2L water, green tea w/ jasmine, peppermint tea and a a scoop of both LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond mix) & psyllium husks in water
Exercise - 10 min yoga meditation, 60 min walk
