Detox - Day 7

This weekend was a great one to just potter around. We cleaned up our backyard (which took all day!) for a BBQ next weekend and it's looking half decent, minus all the gigantic spiders in the crazy bougainvillea. It's amazing how quickly spiders weave their webs after you've turned your back. We didn't kill them, just "moved" them further down the back.

Now here's the daily menu and for the record, the only thing I liked today (apart from the pre-breakfast) was the muesli ball. Yep, got it again...yum!

Pre- Breakfast
- squeeze of lemon in glass of hot water & a organic carrot, apple and ginger juice
Breakfast - tomato & herb homestyle baked beans ** how can one have beans without toast?
Snack - red apple & nuts
Lunch
- marinated chickpea salad ** not a fan of chickpeas either (unless mashed) so I guess I'd make a hopeless vegetarian
Snack
- muesli ball
Dinner
- vegie hot pot with capsicum & walnut pesto ** acidic tomato overkill
Additional
- 2L water, green tea w/ jasmine, peppermint tea and a a scoop of both LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond mix) & psyllium husks in water
Exercise
- rest day but full day of gardening & cleaning backyard

All the food looks and sounds divine! Maybe I should get back into vegetarianism? I'd like to do something similar to this one day, I've copied your program from Flickr so I might have a play around with the food.
