Hey guys, both old and new, super thanks for all your support! I'll try to get back to all your comments and emails over the weekend. I'm off again now, very tired.
Pre- Breakfast - squeeze of lemon in glass of hot water & a organic carrot, apple and ginger juice
Breakfast - fruit salad (rockmelon, watermelon, pineapple)
Snack - nuts
Lunch - warm root vegetables with lemon, ginger honey dressing
Snack - vegie sticks & hummus
Dinner - olive crusted portobello mushroom with silverbeet & new potatoes
Additonal - 2L water, green tea w/ jasmine, peppermint tea and a a scoop of both LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond mix) & psyllium husks in water
