Now I used to like pizza. I had some left overs yesterday and *blergh*. My lunch wasn't as good as it could have been and come to think of it, I had baked beans from a tin for brekky because I wasn't prepared. I felt yukky in the stomach and I don't think because of the detox but pizza ALWAYS makes me feel a little stressed in the stomach and it just sits in there for hours like I just ate it. I can really notice it now.
To avoid another day of not the best food, I rushed over to the organic supermarket in Glebe after work. I now have my "gluten free"muesli and rice milk for brekky, delicious fruit from Harris Farm and some scrummy looking organic lunches/dinner by Fit Kitchen when I don't have the time to prepare and cook. It is more expensive but you don't eat as much and if anything, it makes you think more about what you buy and how you use it. Looking forward to it!
PS. Oh yes! I was so close to buying the Green & Black's Hot Chocolate yesterday because my favourite chocolate bar is their Maya Gold. I might pop back there today and buy it. They sell it in Oxfam as well.
PPS. Shauna, "essence of crack"? Bwhahaha, I like it and that must be why LOL. Yep, Maya Gold is orange-y spicy, delish!
