I've joined Calorie King
So I finally joined Calorie King. For $29 AUD a year, I think it's better value than what WW is offering for a month online so I went for it. I used to track using an excel spreadsheet but it started to get really bloody boring. I needed a kickstart to eating better again and CK is a novelty that works for me right now. I love their database! I've been eating things I shouldn't far too often lately but now I'm tracking again and CK won't let me fudge any figures. It's a shock to my system to know just how much extra I am eating again and I know it's not because I'm hungry but more so because I've become a pig *oink*. Will see how the next few weeks go. My anniversary of getting to goal is coming up!PS. I won't be joining CKs online community because my head space isn't about losing weight anymore and hasn't been for quite some time. I purely joined up for the database and online tracking. Plus you Blogger girls keep me busy enough LOL and I'm putting more time into my friends offline now. I've neglected them a bit.

Blogger Beta
I'm trying this new blogger beta version (not everyone can yet) and I like that it's easier to mess with the templates but what a shame they didn't actually give us any NEW ones. I'll keep playing until I get something I like. Expect my template to look a bit wrong for a couple of days...

Hulahooping Workshop
Now this is something I didn't realise I would enjoy as much as I did and in fact, I think everyone had an awesome experience! You've just got to try it. Definitely harder than it looks but so much fun and having laughed for 2 hours straight, I reckon I got more than my fair share of an abs workout. I am happy to report
...that we know the nicest bunch of girls!Last night we had a Sydney Bloggers Dinner. Most of the girls were in Sydney for the City to Surf today so what better than to have dinner the night before. The food wasn't the best (Jodie, I was fooled by the website too!) but the company more than made up for it. I look forward to reading up on how everyone went today.

iDiet at GOAL, whoot!
Miss Kathryn has made it to goal, hot diggity dog! Now this is a woman I greatly admire. She's got the "no bullshit" detector going strong and realises that to lose weight, you gotta "stop dicking around".
I promise you, maintenance is sweet after all the hard work. You can't lose weight by just talking about it so you've gotta do the exercise and eat better too. It also helps if you stop blaming everything and everyone else for what I now realise for me, was pure laziness.

House Keeping
I bought a solid timber dining set last week which was delivered this morning. We had made no preparations for where it was going to go so it was going to be lots of work. My office was heading into Dan's and that meant a lot of unplugging, unscrewing and then a whole lot of re-doing. Definitely not my idea of fun since I absolutely hate moving but the end result was going to be worth it and it is.Now because of all the morning's excitement and man...look at all this shit we have to move, I literally forgot to weigh in this morning so I'll leave it 'til next Saturday. My eating has been better this week but I can still improve. Exercise wise, loving it. It's great to be back in the swing of it.
I've been really slack with catching up with blogs but thank you to everyone who has left comments recently. I promise I'll catch up with you all in the next couple of days.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FANNY!! It's my little bro's birthday today who's not so little, think rugby, basketball, abs of steel...he just flicks me and I fall over LOL.This is a photo of my little sister Nish with Fanny. Nish is in Croatia for the next 3-4 months. I miss her dearly but do you think I've called her!? I've got two older sisters too who I miss. The eldest in New York (15+ years) and the other in Melbourne (1+ years). Time for some catch up me thinks. It'll be this week's thing to do.

Healthy Weight Range
I'm getting Foxtel installed so I've got some time on my hands...
I sent an email to M moments ago about how when I was bigger, I thought I was even bigger. Now that I am smaller, I somehow think I am smaller than what I really am. Strange huh!? I am not skinny but I am not fat either and that is a good happy medium for me.
Our perceptions of ourselves can get really warped at times and my saving grace is the Healthy Weight Range. I just have to know that I am within that range (which I think is generous) and it makes me feel confident.
Back to work soon...
