Exercise Plan*

I haven't stuck to my monthly plan or even checked it so I'm going back to posting my exercise weekly. It works for me. My main plan is to move my butt on purpose for at least 30 min each day, not including incidental moving. Exercise makes me feel better, eat better and think better.

SAT
75 min samadhi yoga (AM) DONE
SUN 30 min hooping (PM) DONE
MON 75 min samadhi yoga (PM) DONE
TUE 30 min walk (AM), 30 min hooping (PM) DONE
WED 75 min samadhi yoga (PM) DONE
THU 30 min walk (MD) DONE
FRI Rest Day (busy run 'round day at work) DONE

WEEK ENDING Friday 1 December

* subject to change depending on circumstance and what I feel like doing

You constantly hit the nail on the head when you say "you have to do what works for you". That is what makes this a lifestyle not a diet, not a fad.

You are still doing really fantastically well Mary, and with work, the daily travelling, the general grind, you still manage to fit in a lot of non-incidental exercise.

Well done :)
Hope you have a great rest-of-the-weekend x

Me tii I agree with Margaret. Everyone is differene. With me I have worked out that I can't plan my exercise. If I leave it to what I feel like on the day I exercise more?
Have great Sunday babe.

I definitely have to plan my exercise to ensure it happens or it is easy to miss a day and get out of the habit. Hope you are having a great weekend.

to fail to prepare to is prepare to fail! or so they say, I don't agree with that quote 100% but there is some truth in there. I believe that if we hav some plans in place, we are more likely to get it done!
Sounds like a great plan too, heaps of variety and things you enjoy!
have a great week darl!
