Cirque Du Soleil last night was UN-FUCKING-BELIEVABLE and there is no way I am going to apologise for swearing because that show was beyond words. I was gobsmacked. I clapped so hard and so much that now my hands hurt too. It was brilliant. Do yourself a favour and go see Cirque Du Soleil at least once in your lifetime. The money spent is worth it, every damn cent. It truly will take you out of the present and take you on a journey well beyond your wildest dreams.
Today started out with a walk and then a great brekky with a really good friend (you know who you are!) and her man who paid for not only my brekky but Dan's. How lucky are we and then it was time for missy here to get her hair done. I was ready for a chop and it was gonna happen, today. I was thinking of going red but I only recently dyed my hair black so I've got to wash it out a little before we hit the bleach. I got some extensions instead, blue ones (plus 4 black ones). I love it! I've had long hair for so so long that now I feel really free and refreshed. Dan reckons I look much younger and hell, I just feel so god damn funky. More photos click here.ENNY: from memory (and I've got a shoddy one), extensions are $5 each (random pieces, not whole head) but I'd have to check. My whole style and cut only cost me $65 but I was given a pretty darn good deal. I was prepared to pay far more coz this girl spends the time on you and knows how to cut.

I love it!!! its so funky and extensions are soo cool! a girl i used to work with had blue and red bits through her black hair!
when i was blond, i really wanted pink bits through mine.

Love the hair, the blue is so vibrant. What a great idea to have them in as extensions cos the dyed colour washes out so quickly (well it does on me anyway).
Black hair is such a commitment - the last time I put a permanent black in, I couldn't get any other colour for ages. But anti-dandruff shampoo does wonders at stripping colour if you've in a hurry.
Are you swirling your head around heaps, doing the new hair do thing?

WooHOOooOOOO! LOVE the new cut!! The blue is cool too! I use to have hair similar to that before the "bettie" hair with hot pink streaks. I need a cooler hair cut so bad. I'm totally over my hair and color.

Hey there... love the hair. Just found your blog through somebody elses, not sure who, but thought I'd say hello. I'm 28 too (for another 2 weeks, anyway!), and have lost about 60 lbs in the past few years... doing great with maintenance, but, um, the problem is that I need to lose about another 30 lbs!
Anyway, just wanted to "introduce" myself!
