A Big, Fat Piece of Cold, Hard Truth

My partner sent me this link that struck a cord with me. I finally decided to do something about my weight because someone gave me the cold hard truth. Like this writer, I had to stop making excuses.

I was reading a "self help" book the other day in Borders that had similar advice!
