So today I have had a very good loss considering my week. I didn't end up fast tracking but I tried my best at sticking to my points, making healthier choices and walking everyday. I did and still have resisted those cookies!

My goals this week, inspired by LMS...
- stick to 22 points a day everyday this week, even this weekend!
- drink minimum 1.5L water each day
- 1hr walk in morning - 5 days
- 1hr yoga/bodytonics - 3 days
- go for a walk when I need a break
- clean my house - vacuum, dust
I hope everyone has a great weekend! We've got brilliant weather in Sydney so I am looking forward to a great weekend, not working.
