Week 2 - "No Weigh Pass"

I had to go to the City evening meeting today so I didn't "weigh in" because I want to weigh myself regularly at the Saturday morning meets. I also realised that I prefer the first meeting I went to. Location and people wise. It is a lot more relaxed and open. No disrespect.

Week 1 - First Day

I am finally getting off my ass again. I lost 10kgs on Lite'n Easy but then got bored with the food, became stressed with work stuff and put the weight back on. Yes, by being a lazy junk eating shit...avoiding exercise. Today I went to my first Weight Watchers meet and it was really cool. I thought that there'd be people I wouldn't connect with (maybe) but most of the attendees are people I'd hang out with, seriously. There were guys there too. Feeling pretty confident about reaching my goal weight now. No more lazy nights. I am walking the hills in the park EVERY night now. See how I go. The weekly meets will be a good motivator. No more bitching about something I CAN change.
