Today's Food/Exercise Plan

Alright, I've done it. Pulled my finger out. I still need to eat a few more points worth of food but I'll work that with my dinner (ie. sauces etc). A typical working day for me now is between 5am and 4pm, a combination of both freelance and employee based work. I have to make sure to fit my exercise in during the day now that I can't kick start my day with a walk anymore.

  • Breakfast 3.30am
    250mL water (0)

    200g low fat yoghurt w/ Carman's muesli (4)
    1 banana (1)
  • Snack 6-8am
    tea w/ skim milk (1/2)
    250mL water (1/2)
  • Exercise 8am
    45 min walk
  • Lunch 10.20am
hungarian salami, slice cheese, tomato, lettuce,
wholegrain mustard on sourdough bread (4)
    tea w/ skim milk (1/2)
    250mL water (0)
  • Snack 11am
    5 prunes (1/2)
  • Exercise 12pm
    20 mins bike
50 mins DVD 10 Minute Solution: Target Toning for Beginners
  • Snack 2-3.30pm

    1 banana (1)
500mL dash ribena in water (1/2)

Yum, I keep forgetting to buy a tin of beans and make the burgers. Have copied the recipe and will write beans on my shopping list now.

you have breakfast at 3.30 am? that just does my head in. I'd go heywire with a routine like that. Good on you for working with it, you seem to have it all going on.

Man. No way could I do what you're doing. Well, okay, I could if I really, really had to, but no way would I want to. Good on you, I'm so amazed. And well done for getting it all sorted out, once organised and into a routine I'm sure it must be much easier. I don't know what it is about me and mornings! I used to be a croupier at star city and I alternated between day (12pm-8pm) and night (8pm-4am) shifts - there is also a morning shift (4am-12pm) but I just couldn't do it! It's so not for me. I am in awe of people who can do those sorts of hours, let alone be going from working the long sort of days you are. Wow.

That is a great plan. And you manage to fit in two very reasonable sets of exercise in.

No wonder you are still losing weight. And do you know what. If you can make it work, working those hours, then there is no reason I can't make it work, working mine. I just have to plan a little better and give up the TV and some blogging at night to get it all in.

I can do it.
You can do it.
As always you show us how it can be done.

Have a good nights sleep. Soon. ;)

I had never realised what an early start you have on your day!

And yet, you exercise twice!

I stand in total awe, jaw dropped, eyes wide open!!!

What an inspiration you are. To think I was complaining about being tired. And the exercise fitted in as well. Good on you. I am glad you have given thought to why your skin was playing up and what you needed to do to rectify it. Well done.
