Just to confuse you some more, I am only going to document my naked weight now. The figures on my ticker will represent my scales at home, rather than with my boots and all at the WW meet. This is for the sake of my sanity and so I can wear other clothes to my meets now. My pants are falling off my butt! Yep, I was one of those weirdos who would wear the same thing every week for weigh in so I'd get a close to accurate weigh in, to compare to the last. The things we do hey LOL.
I also decided to extend my ticker to show the absolute minimum I would go. I know I will still lose a bit on maintenance but I would ultimately like to maintain between 75-70kg. That's my 5kg buffer and I think that will work for me both physically and mentally.

Alternatively, you could strip off at your WW meeting and jump on the scales nude! Wonder if that has ever happened.
LOL can you imagine!
Lol, my old leader said a lady once took her jeans off........
haha I am guilty of wearing the same thing to weigh in each week!! hehe although I now have a dilemma.... they no longer fit!
I wear the same thing each week as well. Wouldn't want a false reading. As I have shrunk I have weighed and found substitutes.
A very healthy attitude. As I weight at home the weight is always naked :) I often thought I would have to go 1 kg less to make up for the fact that people who go to ww'ers have to weigh with clothes on.
Have a brilliant work day week :)
ten bucks if you strip at WW! lol
people leave their clothes on at ww weigh ins? i always though it was in the undies. gets its a good thing ive never been to one, would have quite a shocker to people seeing me romp around in my barely theres :) do they keep shoes on too?
and good buffer choice, 70-75kg would be great on a tall chickey like yourself ;)
Get rid of all those baggy, saggy clothes! I think it is great to show your naked weight. After all that is actually your true body weight. Well done once again. I am so pleased for you!!!!!
LOL @ kathryoh & cat
I think that's a great plan, having a personal buffer zone where you will be comfortable, that's within the healthy weight range. Awesome stuff. And w00t for size 12!! :)
Lol, I was always tempted to strip off at my meetings when I had gained! :-)
we have people that strip down - not the best sight for the weigher...lol
Congrats on getting there - that must mean no more paying now too, so you will have that extra money for shopping 8-) I am one of those weirdos as well...I wear exactly the same thing every week, and if for any reason I need to change my outfit, as in it doesn't fit anymore, I actually weigh my clothes to make sure they won't affect my result.....oh dear the things we do.
when i was going to WW i started during spring. so when fall came, i insisted on going with flip flops...then my feet got soaking wet one day with a sudden rain!
I weighed myself with all my shoes at home to find th elighter pair to wear in meetings.
Sick, innit? ;)
Introducing the ww shower curtain - designed specifically for nude weighing in whilst maintaining your modesty!
Hehe, just kidding. My scales are so inaccurate, I can't rely on them for my clothed weight, let alone the nuddy weight. They give false hope!
Hope everything is going great for you, and I wasnt to check out the maintenance material as I haven't seen the new stuff yet.
Have a great week!
We're all a pack of freaks, I weigh my shoes too, and my clothes - all too frequently to be described as "normal" or anything close to it! haha
Glad i'm not the only one. I feel much better after reading all these posts.
I think the 5kg buffer is a great idea, and if I may steal the idea, I think i'll do the same.
Bri
You're on maintenance! Sooooo cool!
Well done on getting to goal!!! You should handle maintenance quite well though. Think of how far you have come and how hard that was when maintaining gets tough and this will help you to succeed. Congratulations. XX
BTW I haven't had a chance to read all posts I've missed while I've been away but I will get there. XX
I like that idea of the 5kg buffer!
HAHA Love Kathyrnoh's idea too!
Nicky.
