Me bad, me very bad and I've neglected my meetings. I need a royal kick up the arse and I am going to lose this week and I am going to go to my meeting this Saturday! This also means no more iced coffees or extra helpings (but perky nana's are ok because they're special, thanks KT!).

40 min exercise bike (20 min intervals)
1 hr walk (from work)
Tues
1 hr hatha yoga, flowing vinyasa style

Can you really get "perky nana's" in Sydney? Your teasing arent you?
You MUST go to your meeting on Saturday! You are sooooo close. Emily makes maintenance seem like a breeze, it wont be long and you'll be there too and you can start enjoying the iced coffees again, and the extra helpings, and cheese, etc.
Congrats on the tatoo! You must have felt such a huge satisfaction!
I have no clue what perky nanas are! I had a visual of old ladies with perky breasts tho ;)
