P.S. You might want to check your time settings. I think they might be out.
Hehe, I'm the time bandit! I actually went to post it earlier but wanted to check first :-) When you save it as a draft, it keeps the original time. I finally figured it out. I used to get upset because I thought I missed people's posts but I realised that they must have staretd it earlier as a draft and not update the time/date. That's what I think??
