What is going on woman!? I have kept to my points but have yet again failed in doing enough exercise for the week. This makes me a little annoyed because I am really missing my walks. I want to exercise, I really do! Time to get more serious about finding an alternative to when I can't go for my power walks. I am going to ring my sister tonight and ask her *politely* to drive into the City and deliver the exercise bike she so kindly bought for me weeks ago. I hope she can.
The meeting I went to this morning was unfortunately uninspiring. It was great to have Cath there, otherwise I was ready to walk out. BTW good on you babe for such a great loss! You have motivated me to do better this week! In my 15 weeks of WW, I have had 4 different leaders and I do get a little down when I hear that my favourite leader will not be available. I don't want to say much more here but it's really bugging me. In saying that, I still think meetings are really important and it's the members that make it worth going along. I think my time might be up with attending. I could just be having a bad week and may think differently by the time next Saturday comes?? We'll see.
This Week's Plan
Kt's idea of fast tracking and getting off my bum!
Sorry to be a downer guys. Not the best week I've had in a long time but it's all part of my journey. I'll at least be able to let my hair down tonight. I am really looking forward to Dan's sister's birthday dinner. Thai and a few bottles of wine, yum!
At this point I should probably also say how much better I am feeling in general. I have lost over 10kgs and that is something!

You have done really well and 300g is still OK. Just look at a 375g tub of butter. It is nearly one of those and it's better off than on! Have a great night tonight Next week WILL be better for you!
10kg is huge, you must really notice it!
Well done on sticking with ww for 15 weeks. A small loss this week, but still a loss and now you are 300gm closer to your goal.
Have a great night!
I do love Dinozzo. LOL - He's such a loser!
To lose 300gm on a really rough week, where you were lower in activity, shows that you are so heading in the right direction. Repeat the same eating, kick in a bit with the walking, and boom, off it will fall.
I am sad for you to be feeling that way about the meetings at this time. I know that the motivation and inspiration are very important to you. Your overall weight loss is fantastic, and to continue to find new ways to enjoy the journey is so inspirational. I hope your sister drops off the bike too. Otherwise I may have to drive there and pick it up for you (Oh God, please let her live close).
Have fun at dinner. I just cooked the most amazing one and will be back later to post recipes. Yummmo. *Big Hug to you*
AND, what are you talking about - 10kgs. You have lost almost 12kgs. TWELVE. That is incredible.
Chin up chic! I think that you need to focus on the bigger picture this week - you have come so far in such a short (yes - short!) amount of time. This is just a slight variation of your normal results, and only 200 grams off a .5 loss which is healthy weight loss on the program - you are still well on track!!
I agree with you too that the leaders make a massive difference to our success on the program. I can't wait to meet Lorna - it'd be nice to come out of that room feeling inspired again. It's been a while since that happened.!
Anyway mate, good luck with staying on track this week. I hope you still go along to next weeks meeting for the weighin at least - I'll be checking up on your blogging!
It's the whole journey that counts babe. May I call you babe?
BECAUSE YOU ARE ONE!
Hey doll, you are doing awesome! 300gms is still 300gms & i like Suzys way of putting it, better off that on! & nearly 12kg - thats pretty wicked, u must be getting all skinny!
It must be strange having different leaders! Hope u are feeling better about your meetings soon!
you are doing really well and a 300g loss is a good loss, and its the overall result that counts.
keep up the great work and have a top weekend.
oh that is DEFINITELY something!! youve done extremely well, let your hair down and have a faaabulous time. 0.3kg is a great addition to your losses, keep up the good work :D
Thats not so bad!! Thats a lose, and they all add up to make over 10kg lost!! We can do this girl!
300gms is still a great loss! You are doing so well :-)
I've come on to leave you a message to say thanks for all of your support and great comments.
you're a good sort.. oh and how sassy is your new pic? NOICE! ;p
Your journey is coming along verrrry nicely - hopefully you can get your bike so you can keep up with the good work, it can be very hard to return to it after a break.
Congrats on your loss.. *woot*
