and I still went for my walk this morning, yeah! Admittedly it was only a 1/2 hour power walk but it felt good. M's also got me thinking about the flab so I'm going to do some Bodytonics tonight which are stretch/tone exercises from Fitonics for Life. Sure I'm losing weight but I should really do something to tone my body now. I've been avoiding it but there's no reason I can't do a few situps etc before going to bed each night.
