Oh and my reward, a funky haircut. My partner helped me take my synth dreads out last night so I am going to experiment with some cuts/colours before putting them back in, after a good clean!
Got called the "incredible shrinking woman" at the record store today..ha!

It's funny when you only have one photo of a person to associate with, and then they get a huge transformation like a hair cut, or oh say lose 10kgs. I could walk straight past you and not know so you must update with new photos a.s.a.p...

What a great website I wish I had looked into mine more I am sure I would have been much happier with synth ones much neater and I paid $450+ for mine and 8 hours later!! Yours look very neat and tidy in your pic and their site photos look awesome.
I'll have to post a new photo when I do something soon. I still have to comb some knots out and get the oil balance right before actually doing anything.
My synths reached the tip of my bum (long ones) and cost me $400 for 3.5 hours installation, not including the hours of work they did on making the individual pieces beforehand. 50 pieces all up. They are so much fun!
I like real dreads better but I like my long hair too much to do that. This way I can play more :-)
Can't wait to see the new you !!! Post a photo when you can. Aren't compliments great - I love getting them especially when they are about the weight I have lost -then I feel like I have really accomplished something (mind you, the only way saying anything is Al but I love that, although he sees me every day, he still notices that I am getting smaller !!)

Nah, I can't put the straight ones back in - hard to explain. I suppose I could get them back in if I went to the hairdresser but they are bonded to my hair with keratin and applied with heat. I got told when I got them that they would last 4-6 months and I'm coming up 6 months next week so they've lasted ok! I need to get a cut tho, They are coming out at a rate of 1 or 2 pieces (there wouldve been more than 200)a day now so looking a bit ratty!
I've found a place where I can apparantly get them done for $300 for a full head! Need to go investigate!
