Wow you walk fast. 7.5kg in an hour. That is fantastic. And well done to you for going out this morning. I was thinking about you last night, watching NCIS and Abbey made those "beautifully" decorated surgical hats. I thought that would be the thing to wear in a park if all the Sydney-siders decided to meet up one day and go on a huge walk. Talk about making sure you get noticed ;)
I hope you have a wonderful day today, and that the exercise this morning helped to clear away some of the darkness. You are so strong and one weekend is not going to change all the positive changes you have already made.

I have noticed it does flare up when I am stressed and lately has been no exception.

I am definitely on fire today, thanks! I didn't see my dear Abby last night so I'll have to see if I can find a copy of the episode somewhere. She's a cutey. I think we should have a Sydney meet up. I've been thinking about it already :-) Wait 'til it gets a bit warmer though. It'll be lots of fun!

When I get on the exercycle I cover up the timer with a towel as I hate seeing how slow the miuntes, k's etc tick away! Silly but seems to make the time go faster....
That was some walk!! Obviously you didn't forget how!!! Hope the wak blew the cobwebs away and this week is better. I predict a big loss for you. Try to remember ho wbad you felt when you were 12 k heavier. we ten dto beat ourselves up when we have a small loss or stay th esame or horror a gain. But in th ebig picture it all adds up and really shows in our weight, our look, our health and our attitude. You can do it girl.

just got off the treamdill but was only able to do 2.5km without spewing the contents of my stomach all over the place... guess after 2 weeks its time to build back up hey :) well at least we did it, first day back and a step in the right direction. we rock :D
What a walk your a legend.. I try and pace quickly as I really feel like I have done something then!! Love the exercise bike and my treadmil is great for the rainy days.

Thanks for your comments on my blog, and sorry I haven't been here to comment on yours as much. Once this competition is over I won't have to spend every second walking and will be able to catch up!
