Whoot! I am on a good thing and feel awesome! I switched my exercise routine to the morning (before breakfast) and doubled the time. Now I exercise for an hour each day before the sun gets too crazy and have more time in my day. It was too easy to put off exercise if I planned to do it in the evening. Now my body clock gets me up just before 7am and gets me in my trackies and ready to go, without even thinking about it.

Apparently you burn more fat working out before eating! I love early morning workouts.
Haha..I never get those kind of compliments but at the meet this week, our Leader told us to learn how to take compliments. Thanks. You just changed your photo I noticed. The first one made me laugh (in a good way) because you looked so cheeky. My partner thinks I don't look very happy in my one so I better find another one. Morning workouts = I've definitely seen the light!
I totally agree with the morning workout thing, I get up go for a 40 minute walk and its like nothing ( I think I'm still too tired for my brain to register I'm exercising ) I also find if I exersise in the morning I have more energy during the day and actually want to exersise some more when I get home (weird I know).
